Upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe, your domain listing shelf space or pay-to-rank outbid boost is activated immediately in real-time. Your domain is instantly indexed in search results, assigned its dynamic leaderboard rank, and queued for direct buyer inquiry routing.
Because listing placements and outbid rank boosts are fulfilled immediately and consume digital visibility resources in real-time on our live leaderboard, all purchases are non-refundable once live.
If you experience a technical error during payment processing (e.g. duplicate charge or failure to activate your listing), please contact our support desk within 48 hours of transaction with your invoice number (`INV-YYYY-XXXXX`). Verified technical errors will be promptly refunded in full via the original payment method.
Sellers may pause, archive, or remove their domain listings at any time through the Seller Portfolio Command Center (`/portfolio`). Removing a listing before the expiration of its active 30-day (or multi-month) period does not generate a partial refund.
