We collect minimal personal information necessary to deliver marketplace listing and inquiry relay services:

• Sellers: Email address for authentication via one-time passwords (OTP), optional Telegram handle, Discord webhook URL, and domain listing metadata.
• Buyers: Contact email, buyer name, and offer message submitted via the inquiry form.
• Technical Data: Browser user agent, IP address (hashed for rate limiting and fraud prevention), and session analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to: (a) authenticate seller portfolio sessions; (b) route inbound buyer inquiries directly to sellers; (c) process invoice receipts for listing shelf space and outbid promotions; and (d) protect the platform against bot abuse and automated scraping.

3. Payment Information Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. NameHunt.lol does not store, transmit, or have access to raw credit card numbers or banking credentials. Payment data is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Zero-Leakage & Privacy Controls

Sellers can configure their public display mode to Anonymous, Alias, or Public. Private webhook URLs and Discord endpoints are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and never exposed to the public API.
